Organization and control of internal documents #### **About the position:** * Support administrative, organizational, and customer service routines in the Technology area (Infrastructure), contributing to the smooth operation of internal processes and professional development through hands-on learning. #### **Main responsibilities:** * **Document Control:** Organize, classify, digitize, and archive internal documents and forms. * **Data Updates:** Enter and update control spreadsheets, as well as input information into corporate systems and software. * **Process Support:** Assist with departmental routines. * **Workflow Monitoring:** Help track the progress of internal processes and monitor deadlines set by managers. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed or ongoing high school education (or technical education related to the field). * Age between 18 and 24 years old (per the Apprenticeship Law). #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, internet browsing, and computer usage). * Currently enrolled in or interested in courses related to Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Aptitude for learning new technologies and systems. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine \| Tele-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Medical assistance (optional enrollment) * Dental assistance (optional enrollment) * Birthday leave * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the network #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Friday \- 4 hours per day, as stipulated by the Apprenticeship Law.
