The area is seeking a Business Analyst to lead a multidisciplinary squad focused on the discovery and development of the product "Car as Collateral for Overdraft Limit", with strong strategic involvement in digital banking products and direct impact on the experience of millions of customers. This professional will serve as a digital product reference within the banking context, leading initiatives aimed at building scalable, secure, and customer-centric journeys, while also supporting the definition of product vision, backlog prioritization, and strategic alignment with stakeholders. **Responsibilities and duties*** Lead and execute the entire product discovery process * Lead the squad responsible for products and customer journeys related to the product, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategy. * Act as Product Manager, defining backlog, priorities, and product vision jointly with stakeholders. * Ensure continuous delivery of value, with focus on customer experience, scalability, and security. * Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business areas to develop innovative and efficient solutions. * Represent the team in strategic forums and collaborate with other product and technology initiatives. **Requirements and qualifications*** Solid experience in digital banking products, with focus on overdraft facilities * Experience leading agile squads or serving as Product Owner. * Knowledge of the Brazilian financial and regulatory ecosystem (BACEN, Open Finance, etc.). * Analytical capability and proficiency in metrics and KPIs. * Communication and influence skills across various organizational levels. * Agile, collaborative, and impact-oriented mindset. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
