Issue referral forms for urgent and emergency care, both in-person and virtual. Conduct patient interactions and provide guidance regarding elective appointments. Assist in managing patient wait times at the front desk. Formalize medical record requests. Guide and direct patients regarding their appointments. Schedule or cancel appointments as requested. Monitor and control visits by hospitalized patients. Perform other duties related to the role.
