To us, your talent is what counts! **\#vemserSNX** * **For candidates residing in** **Juiz de Fora/MG**, the work format is **on-site.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Support project analysis and tracking, contributing to demand organization, activity planning, and deadline adherence. * Assist in designing, documenting, and standardizing conversational flows, following established best practices and guidelines. * Perform technical configurations and testing on the platform, validating parameterizations and supporting solution implementation for clients. * Monitor bot and IVR performance using dashboards and reports, supporting the identification of improvement opportunities. * Support training and refinement activities for natural language understanding (NLU) models, including intent classification, labeling, and validations. * Assist in executing tests and validations of messages, flows, and content, contributing to continuous improvement of user experience. * Support data collection and analysis, preparing reports and presentations to track project results. * Gather and analyze user and client feedback, contributing to the identification and implementation of solution improvements. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, knowledge bases, and operational records, ensuring information organization. * **Requirements and qualifications** **Hard Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in UX, Communication, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of servers, Microsoft Office suite, and project management; * Basic knowledge of Power BI, flowcharting tools, chatbots, voice bots, and data analysis; * Bonus points: * Experience in bot curation, virtual assistants, conversational flows, or IVRs; * Experience reviewing user-experience-oriented flows. **Soft Skills** * Analytical/critical thinking; * User orientation (empathy); * Attention to detail; * Assertive communication; * Creativity; * Proactivity; * Logical reasoning; * Systemic/strategic vision. **Additional information** Beyond an excellent work environment, here you can also grow and thrive!
