**Senior Software Architect** We are looking for a **Senior Software Architect** to drive people and businesses forward through innovation, with attitude, ownership, and a focus on getting things done. **Your impact in this role:** * Serve as the technical reference for development teams * Design technical architectures, including AI/ML solutions * Design RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and integrations with LLMs • Define technologies, evaluate AI tools and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI) • Architect MLOps pipelines (model deployment, monitoring, versioning) • Participate in supplier meetings to validate technical feasibility • Create technical documentation and disseminate knowledge (workshops, study groups) * Guide teams on scalability, security, and governance * Review implementations and support production troubleshooting ✅ **Essential requirements:** * Minimum 5 years in software architecture * Minimum 2 years with AI/ML projects in production * Advanced Java + Spring framework (Boot, Batch, Dataflow) * Python (essential for AI/ML and data pipelines) * Distributed systems and microservices * REST APIs, GraphQL * Databases: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis * Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB (for RAG) * BPM (Business Process Management) * LLMs: hands-on experience with GPT, Claude, Llama + prompt engineering * RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures * Frameworks: Langchain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, PyTorch * AI APIs: OpenAI API, Anthropic API, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI * MLOps: model versioning, feature stores, model registry * ML data pipelines (feature engineering, data drift) * Fine-tuning and embedding models * Cloud: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS), Azure (Azure ML, AI), GCP (Vertex AI) * CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions * Containers: Docker, Kubernetes * Observability: Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK * Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ * Git (version control) * **Nice-to-have:** * Prior experience in Financial Institutions * Banking domain knowledge (Open Banking, PIX) * Fine-tuning LLMs for specific domains * Autonomous agent architectures (ReAct, AutoGPT) • Cost optimization for AI solutions • AI governance and compliance (LGPD, AI Act) * Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect) * AI/ML certifications (AWS ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer) **Benefits:** Remote work allowance Flash card Access to South Academy courses and certifications Financial education program **About South:** You’ll join a collaborative team with autonomy and a focus on continuous improvement, working on projects with real business impact, where turning ideas into deliverables is part of everyday work.
