**Senior Fullstack Developer** We are looking for a **Senior Fullstack Developer** to drive people and businesses forward through innovation—with attitude, initiative, and a focus on making things happen. **Your impact in this role:** * Evolve and maintain components, libraries, and standards of the Design System * Ensure consistency across design, documentation, and implementation * Work with Design Tokens and component-based architecture * Support adoption of the Design System across different squads and products * Contribute to documentation, governance, and evolution of the platform * Develop modern, accessible, and responsive web applications * Build tools and accelerators supporting Design, Product, and Engineering teams * Implement integrations with APIs, internal services, and external platforms * Contribute to mobile solutions when required * Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions * Use AI tools to accelerate prototyping, development, testing, and documentation * Explore design-to-code and AI-assisted development approaches * Work with LLM integrations, agents, and automations where applicable * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI adoption * Collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Engineering teams * Share knowledge and promote best practices * Participate in technical reviews and architectural discussions * Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and tools ✅ **Essential requirements:** * Solid experience with React, Angular, or equivalent modern frameworks * Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive development * Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and external services * Knowledge of Git, GitHub, GitFlow, and collaborative development practices development * Experience with component-based architecture * Familiarity with modern web application architecture concepts * Experience in mobile development or familiarity with technologies such as Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS * Ability to work on cross-platform projects and understand challenges across different mobile ecosystems * Experience migrating or evolving applications across technologies and platforms * Experience working with Design Systems—contributing to their evolution, implementation, or adoption * Knowledge of Design Tokens and their application across design and code * Familiarity with Figma and modern prototyping tools * Ability to transform prototypes and specifications into production-ready solutions * Knowledge of accessibility and UX best practices * Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence throughout the development lifecycle—from solution conception through implementation and production delivery * Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM usage * Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Devin, Windsurf, or similar * Ability to use AI to accelerate development, documentation, testing, and prototyping tasks * Ability to produce clear, structured, and execution-oriented technical documentation * Experience creating functional specifications, architectural documentation, integration guides, and development processes * Advanced or fluent Spanish (written and spoken) * **Nice-to-have:** * Experience building or evolving Design Systems used across multiple products and squads * Experience with Storybook, Design Tokens, and documentation platforms * Experience with AI agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and LLM integrations * Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) * Knowledge of monorepos and micro-frontend architecture * Experience in fintechs, payment systems, or large-scale digital platforms * Active participation in organizational AI transformation and adoption initiatives **Benefits:** Remote work allowance Flash card Access to South Academy courses and certifications Financial education program **About South:** You’ll join a collaborative team that values autonomy and continuous improvement—working on projects with real business impact, where turning ideas into deliverables is part of everyday work.
