**Senior AI Solutions Developer** * Define, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI Agent architectures using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Gemini, and other platform services. Responsible for integrating AI solutions into the corporate ecosystem while ensuring scalability, security, governance, observability, and compliance with the bank’s regulatory guidelines. * Define, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI Agent architectures using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Gemini, and other platform services. * Integrate AI solutions into the corporate ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, governance, observability, and compliance with the bank’s regulatory guidelines. * Requires proven experience in enterprise architecture development, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Vertex AI, Gemini, multi-agent architectures, AI governance, and financial domain knowledge. * Minimum of 9 years of experience in software development, distributed applications, or enterprise solutions. * Proven experience in developing and implementing AI and Generative AI–based solutions. * Mandatory hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including data, integration, development, and AI services. * Advanced knowledge of Vertex AI, Gemini, Agent Builder, and other GCP AI services. * Experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). * Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Search-Augmented Generation. * Experience developing AI Agents and multi-agent architectures. * Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar. * Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. * Experience integrating AI platforms with enterprise applications and data ecosystems. * Knowledge of distributed architectures, scalability, high availability, and observability. * Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps practices, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines. * Data and Analytics * Solid understanding of data integration and analytical platforms. * Experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, and data processing. * Knowledge of analytical and transactional data modeling. * Experience with batch and streaming data pipelines. * Knowledge of data quality, cataloging, and data governance. * Experience integrating structured and unstructured data for AI applications. * Knowledge of data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance (LGPD). * Experience with GCP data services such as BigQuery, Dataplex, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage. * Security and Governance * Knowledge of secure application and AI solution development. * Experience with authentication, authorization, API protection, and secret management. * Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, and AI model security. * Experience protecting sensitive data, and monitoring and observing applications. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Google Cloud certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer, or Professional Cloud Architect). * Google Cloud AI certifications. * Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models. * Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps. * Experience in the financial, insurance, or fintech sectors. * Familiarity with frameworks such as OWASP Top 10, OWASP LLM Top 10, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and ISO 27001. * Experience with Agentic AI, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) integrations. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Hands-on profile with strong delivery capability. * Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. * Proactivity, autonomy, and focus on innovation. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Corporate
