Mid-Level Developer - Integrations and Automations

Therefore, we seek a mid-level developer focused on **integrations, automations, and data**, who works practically, collaboratively, and with business-oriented vision. This position plays a strategic role in sustaining and evolving our ecosystem of systems, directly supporting internal departments and contributing to the company's operational efficiency. ### **Key Responsibilities** On a day-to-day basis, this person will be responsible for: * Developing and maintaining automations and integrations between internal systems and external platforms; * Creating, consuming, and evolving REST APIs, ensuring secure and consistent data exchange; * Building and maintaining ETL routines for data extraction, transformation, and loading; * Working with databases, developing SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and supporting routines; * Performing web scraping for data collection and processing when necessary; * Participating in internal projects with full-stack involvement, from backend to frontend; * Analyzing, validating, and structuring data to support business areas; * Implementing integrations with SAP Business One via Service Layer, including queries and updates; * Identifying opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement; * Using AI tools in development (e.g., Claude, Codex, and similar) to accelerate deliveries, review code, and generate documentation. ### **Requirements** We expect you to have: * Solid experience with REST API-based integrations; * Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and optimization; * Experience with ETL and handling significant volumes of data; * Full-stack experience, with proficiency in at least one backend stack *(Python, Node.js, C\#, .NET or similar);* * Knowledge of SAP Business One, preferably using Service Layer; * Familiarity with web scraping; * Good practices in version control and code organization (Git); * Interest in using AI as a daily productivity tool; * Availability for 100% in-person work in Curitiba/PR. ### **Preferred Qualifications** The following are considered advantages: * Experience with SAP B1 in distribution, retail, or logistics environments; * Knowledge of messaging, queues, or event-driven architectures *(RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.);* * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Metabase); * Prior experience with AI agents, MCP servers, or LLM-based solutions.
