Our expertise is human and alive: we embrace differences to empower businesses both inside and outside the company. **Your challenge on the team:** You will join the new AI Squad within RD Station’s RevOps area, contributing to the proposal and implementation of technical solutions that directly impact productivity and revenue generation. Your work will ensure the performance and reliable operation of our assets—including the website chat, front-ends supporting the sales team, and A/B testing implementations—always focused on optimization and quality. **Your key responsibilities:** * Propose and implement technical solutions for squad assets, ensuring high performance and stability. * Develop and maintain RD Station’s website chat tool. * Develop and maintain front-ends using Next.js and React, and back-end services using Node.js. * Implement unit and synthetic tests to ensure code and system quality. * Implement A/B tests to optimize outcomes. * Work with tracking tools to analyze metrics and experiment results. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, BI) and business areas to deliver solutions aligned with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success needs. * Maintain the codebase in Next.js, React, and Node.js, ensuring quality and performance. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience with Node.js and consuming/creating REST APIs. * Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, preferably with reactive frameworks such as Next.js. * Experience developing unit and synthetic tests. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of implementing tracking for analytics and familiarity with available tools for measuring experiment outcomes and usage metrics. * Experience building AI agents. **Selection process stages:** * **Application** \- Submission of application; * **Mindsight** – Work-style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency-based interview with the recruitment team; * **Technical Challenge** – Technical skills evaluation test; * **Technical Interview** \- Technical interview to discuss role requirements; * **Final Interview** \- Final conversation with management for alignment; * **BP Interview** \- Session with the Business Partner to discuss culture and values; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, including the job offer presentation. **Note:** Additional or modified stages may apply, depending on process requirements.
