We value those who leverage technology, embrace challenges, and aim to build something great. *If you want to join a company in continuous evolution — raising the bar and opening new opportunities — Apostou could be your next step.* **Key Responsibilities** * **Define and execute the AI and Machine Learning strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities across the entire value chain — product, marketing, finance, risk, and operations.** Map bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automatable processes, translating business challenges into scalable AI-based solutions. * Structure, prioritize, and manage the AI initiative portfolio with a focus on financial impact, operational efficiency, and enhanced player experience. * Design and lead the development of predictive models (churn, LTV, reactivation, anomalous behavior), recommendation systems, and generative AI applications. * Lead fraud prevention, AML, and responsible gaming initiatives using supervised and unsupervised models integrated into operations. * Define solution architecture and structure the MLOps infrastructure, ensuring scalability, versioning, and production monitoring. * Build, lead, and develop the AI/ML team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, experimentation, and continuous delivery. * **Empower teams and leadership in AI adoption — including generative AI, copilots, and automation — ensuring effective daily use.** * Establish best practices, governance, security, privacy, and ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with LGPD and industry regulations. * Manage partners, technology vendors, and AI platforms, ensuring strategic alignment and cost efficiency. * **Monitor initiative outcomes and impact using KPIs and financial ROI, driving continuous model improvement.** * Present the AI roadmap, initiative results, and strategic impact to the C-level and Board.
