Job Summary: A professional to develop and integrate Python-based backend services for conversational agents and generative AI, contributing to the evolution of customer service agents within an enterprise-scale Agentic AI architecture. Integration of agents with business systems and APIs . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop Python backend services for conversational agents; * Integrate agents with business systems and APIs; * Model and operate data in NoSQL databases; * Contribute to building and evolving customer service agents within an enterprise-scale Agentic AI architecture. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid backend development experience using Python; * Knowledge of LangFlow and/or LangGraph; * Experience in developing and operating microservices; * Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases; * Experience with LLMs, multi-agent systems, and generative AI (a plus).
