Job description We are looking for a Back-End Developer with a strong foundation in software engineering and experience in Python, Go, and AI solution development. You will be responsible for building internal tools, platforms, APIs, and orchestration layers for Artificial Intelligence applications in cloud environments. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure back-end services. Implement APIs, internal tools, platforms, and orchestration layers for AI solutions. Develop services in Python and/or Go (Java is a plus), following software engineering best practices (clean code, testing, observability). Integrate and orchestrate LLMs, AI agents, vector databases (vector DBs), and other AI components in cloud environments. Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to transform requirements into efficient technical solutions. Participate in architecture and system design decisions, focusing on performance, scalability, and resilience. Required Qualifications 4 to 6 years of experience as a Back-End Developer / Software Engineer. Solid back-end engineering fundamentals (data structures, concurrency, APIs, testing, logging, monitoring). Practical experience with Python and/or Go (Java is a plus). Experience developing AI tools, internal platforms, APIs, and orchestration layers. **Hands-on experience with:** Integrations with LLMs (large language models) AI agents Vector databases (vector DBs) Cloud environments (deployment, CI/CD, observability) Native Portuguese and fluent English (spoken and written). Desirable Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their managed services. Knowledge of frameworks for orchestrating LLMs and agents (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.). Experience with microservices architecture, messaging, and event-driven systems.
