As a **Technical Service Analyst**, you will play an essential role in post-sales technical support operations, ensuring efficiency and traceability across the entire service chain. On a day-to-day basis, you will:* Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chatbots, ensuring agile and high-quality service;
* Create, process, track, and close service orders using **Salesforce**;
* Strategically, accurately, and timely communicate and dispatch service orders to field engineers;
* Monitor field service execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards;
* Ensure all records comply with healthcare regulatory requirements and internal policies, guaranteeing full traceability;
* Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the lifecycle of medical devices, in accordance with applicable legislation;
* Support the shipment of spare parts and maintenance kits, tracking logistics via **SAP**;
* Record and maintain traceability of calibration and monitoring tools, supporting logistical planning with suppliers;
* Actively participate in special projects and **continuous improvement** initiatives, contributing to process and team evolution.

### **Essential Requirements**
* Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in fields such as administration, operations, business, healthcare, or related disciplines;
* Experience or interest in customer service, service chains, or technical support;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and problem-solving focus;
* Ability to work collaboratively and with a customer-centric mindset;
* Basic English proficiency.
### **Preferred Qualifications (not required):**
* Experience with medical equipment or work in hospital environments;
* Prior field experience or involvement in technical services;
* Knowledge or experience with **SAP** and/or **Salesforce**;
* Spanish language proficiency;
* Technical or biomedical education in healthcare.
