This professional must also lead the merchandising team, promoting excellent customer service and continuously seeking process optimization and sales growth. * Responsibilities: * Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company goals, monitor results, and adjust actions as needed. * Supervise and coordinate the merchandising team, ensuring activities are performed according to established standards and market demand. * Analyze sales performance and in-store product placement, proposing corrective actions or improvements to increase the effectiveness of merchandising campaigns. * Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and partners, collecting feedback and insights to enhance strategies and service delivery. * Manage the department’s budget, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources allocated to merchandising activities. * Qualifications: * In-depth knowledge of merchandising and sales, including product display techniques and market analysis. * Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff. * Aptitude for analyzing sales data and metrics, with a focus on results-driven decision making. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, contributing to high-quality customer service. * Educational qualifications: Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Professional experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising or similar roles, including prior experience supervising teams and managing sales and marketing-related projects. * KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Practical knowledge of merchandising strategies, market analysis, and sales techniques, along with proficiency in management tools and electronic spreadsheets.
