Promoting excellent customer service and loss reduction **Store Manager** **Company:** Varejão Supermercados **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT **Work Mode:** On-site Job Description **Varejão Supermercados** is seeking a professional to serve as **Store Manager**, responsible for operational, administrative, and people management, ensuring the store operates fully, achieves its targets, delivers excellent customer service, and complies with company standards and procedures. We seek a leader with strategic vision, results orientation, and the ability to develop teams in a supermarket retail environment. Main Responsibilities * Manage the store’s operational and administrative routines * Lead, guide, and develop the team, promoting productivity and a positive organizational climate * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (sales, losses, shrinkage, inventory, margin, and customer service) * Ensure product replenishment, organization, correct pricing, and appropriate display * Control inventories, reconciliations, and stock levels * Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and health and safety standards * Monitor customer service quality and address incidents * Implement initiatives to reduce losses and increase profitability * Ensure execution of store layout, campaigns, and commercial strategies Requirements * Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in supermarkets or food retail * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree is a plus) * Experience managing people, processes, and performance indicators * Knowledge of store operational routines and inventory control * Leadership profile, organizational skills, decision-making ability, and results orientation * Strong communication skills and flexibility regarding working hours Benefits * Health insurance (optional enrollment) * Dental insurance (optional enrollment) * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher (iFood Benefícios) * Performance-based bonuses Varejão Supermercados values diversity and encourages applications from professionals of all backgrounds, without distinction based on gender, race, age, disability, or any other personal characteristic.
