Job Summary: The Shift Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Burger King, maintaining quality standards, customer service, and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Shift Coordinator – Burger King The Shift Coordinator is responsible for ensuring operational continuity during their shift, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, customer service, food safety, and unit performance targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the team during the shift. Assign tasks and monitor employee performance. Ensure fast, courteous, and brand-standard customer service. Monitor operational metrics (sales, service time, waste, and productivity). Oversee food production to ensure quality and food safety. Perform cash register opening and closing, as well as overall operational opening and closing, when required. Manage inventory, product expiration dates, and unit organization. Ensure adherence to cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures. Resolve customer incidents and support the team in problem resolution. Support the unit manager in executing administrative and operational routines. Requirements: Completed high school education (pursuing higher education is a plus).\= Experience leading teams, preferably in food service, retail, or fast food. Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity. Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays; Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (one Sunday per month).
