If this sounds like you, take a look at what we have to offer. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsible for monitoring and developing products across all phases and interfaces, including feasibility studies for land acquisition, product concept, legal design, landscaping, finish specifications, sales imagery, interior design and budgeting. Monitoring of the executive project through to construction handover. Analyze and ensure strategic planning for the area through the development and monitoring of schedules. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Tableau Knowledge of AutoCAD Strong ability to read technical drawings **Additional information** Meal allowance Transportation allowance Gympass Wellz Life insurance Medical and dental assistance On-site position in Bauru \- SP **The moment to look toward the new.
