We are looking for a **Data Analyst** to join our team. This professional will be tasked with transforming data sets into contact intelligence, using CRM, telephony, and WhatsApp to optimize conversion and minimize waste. You will serve as the guardian of our communication strategy, ensuring every interaction is effective and targeted—directly impacting our sales performance and customer experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Data Analyst \| CRM \& Contact Strategy will be a key player at Finx, with the following responsibilities: * **CRM \& Data Base Intelligence:** Extract and manipulate data sets from various CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station, proprietary CRMs). * Create strategic data segments for campaigns and operations, considering variables such as: hot vs. cold leads, funnel stage, date of last contact, lead source, optimal response time, and contact attempt history. * Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication to ensure data quality. * **Telephony/Dialer Strategy and Operations:** Define prioritization rules for dialing lists to optimize contact with high-potential leads. * Configure and manage automated dialers (predictive, *power dialers*), including retry rules and dialing time windows. * Implement strategies to prevent lead fatigue and adjust contact cadence per channel (phone, WhatsApp). * **WhatsApp (WPP) Strategy and Operations:** Organize data sets for mass broadcasts and active/reactive messaging, ensuring segmentation by intent and *timing*. * Apply best practices for template usage and number warm-up. * Develop and implement strategies to determine when NOT to send WhatsApp messages, protecting the relationship with leads. * **Daily Performance Analysis and Optimization:** Continuously monitor key metrics such as connection rate (dialer), response rate (WhatsApp), leads worked vs. converted, time-of-day vs. performance, source vs. conversion, number of attempts per lead, and "burned" leads. * Generate insights and proactively propose improvements to optimize contact strategies and resource allocation. * Question data and strategies, constantly seeking to enhance campaign performance. * **Strategic Collaboration:** Act as the analytical bridge between Marketing and Sales, providing inputs for tactical and strategic decisions. * Communicate analyses and recommendations clearly and concisely to various levels across the company. **We Expect You To Have:** * Passion for data and for transforming information into strategic actions. * Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team. * Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, we seek a candidate with the following qualifications and skills: * **Essential Hard Skills: CRM \& Data:** Experience extracting and manipulating data from CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station, or proprietary systems). * **SQL:** Knowledge (basic to intermediate) for querying and manipulating data. * **Advanced Excel / Google Sheets:** Proficiency in VLOOKUP, QUERY, Pivot Tables, complex filters, and handling large volumes of data. * **Telephony / Dialer:** Practical experience with automated dialers (predictive / *power*), retry rules, and dialing time windows. * **WhatsApp (WPP):** Understanding of organizing data sets for mass broadcasts, active and reactive messaging, template usage, number warm-up, and segmentation.
