PCP Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling the production flow, raw material consumption, calculating machine downtime hours, and developing manufacturing schedules to ensure targets and deadlines are met. Key Highlights: 1. Production control and planning 2. Inventory and raw material management 3. Development of schedules and reports \* Monitor overall production flow, tracking company deadlines and billing; \* Verify raw material and other production-related material consumption control; \* Calculate machine downtime hours due to operational or maintenance issues, enabling necessary adjustments to production scheduling; \* Develop schedules for all manufacturing activities and monitor their execution to ensure production targets are met within scheduled deadlines; \* List materials required for each manufacturing order; \* Support raw material, supplies, finished goods, and tooling inventory control. \* Assist in monitoring minimum and maximum inventory levels of raw materials used in manufacturing, analyzing requirements and requesting procurement; \* Support preparation and receipt of parts and products from third-party service providers. \* Issue service delivery notes for third parties. \* Assist in monitoring machine utilization for production planning and control purposes; \* Request purchase order modifications to accommodate changes in production planning; \* Assist in developing production scheduling aligned with priorities jointly defined by sales and production departments. \* Contribute to preparing production reports, including performance indicators and efficiency analyses. \* Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in PCP processes. \* Support periodic inventory coordination to ensure inventory record accuracy. \* Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production processes. \* Provide support for other departmental activities as needed.
