Sinter is an industry with over 30 years of experience in the hygiene and beauty market, with strong capabilities in product manufacturing and currently undergoing a strategic phase to strengthen its proprietary brands **Cloy, Farnese and Gipsy**. The company is experiencing a period of expansion and structural development, aiming to increase its relevance at the point of sale, expand market share, and build increasingly competitive brands. Main Responsibilities: **Agency Management:** Lead and develop outsourced teams, ensuring strict adherence to targets and execution standards. **Training:** Train field promoters and supervisors to ensure effective implementation of brand strategy at the point of sale. **Field Audits:** Conduct strategic visits to monitor stockouts, shelf share, pricing, and identify sales opportunities. **Performance Indicator Analysis:** Monitor KPIs (sell-out, ROI, stockouts) and prepare reports/dashboards to support decision-making. **Budget and Trade Management:** Support budget control, supplier negotiations, and implementation of merchandising materials (POSM). **Cross-functional Integration:** Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to align strategy with operations. Requirements for the Position: Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. Experience: * Proven experience in Merchandising Supervision or Trade Marketing within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing companies. * Solid experience managing external teams and outsourced agencies. * Experience executing activities at the point of sale (POS), sell-out tracking, and trade marketing strategies. Technical Knowledge: * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (reporting, controls, and analysis). * Solid knowledge of merchandising, POS execution, and promotional materials. * Experience with sales force automation systems, BI tools, CRM, or trade marketing platforms. * Ability to analyze performance indicators and assess ROI of promotional activities. Note: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight are required.
