**Responsibilities and Duties**
#### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:**
* Supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, ensuring required safety and quality standards are met and complying with guidelines of the Integrated Management System (IMS): Food Safety, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment. Manage operation and maintenance of industrial utilities (steam, water, air, refrigeration) and maintenance of ETE assets (Effluent Treatment Station), ensuring asset availability and uninterrupted production;
* Align utility maintenance strategies with business priorities and Operational Excellence pillars;
* Efficiency and Cost Reduction: Work with clear targets to eliminate waste (leaks, thermal losses, excessive consumption) and optimize resource usage, focusing on optimal cost\-benefit ratio;
* Continuous Improvement: Study equipment functionality to propose technological upgrades and new concepts that extend asset lifespan and improve plant energy efficiency;
* People Leadership: Lead and develop the utility technical and operational team, promoting a safe environment, boosting team morale, and ensuring work execution with quality and safety;
* Supervise and lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for utility systems, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical quality, and safety;
* Manage performance indicators (KPIs) such as availability, MTBF, MTTR, energy consumption, and maintenance costs;
* Conduct failure analysis and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), ensuring effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory norms (e.g., NR\-12, NR\-13) and environmental and safety requirements;
* Supervise contracts and service providers related to the utilities area;
* Support continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and loss reduction projects.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **What You Need to Have:**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production), Administration, or Production Management;
* Over three years of experience in industrial maintenance;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Technical knowledge of GMP, PLCs, frequency converters, Quality Management Systems, and SAP.
#### **It’s a Plus If You:**
* Hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production), Administration, or Production Management.
