Monitoring and support for partners to ensure service quality Job Description **Position: External Consultant** **Job Description:** We are seeking an External Consultant to prospect and establish commercial partnerships across various cities, with a focus on appointing one partner per municipality. This partner will be responsible for delivering services related to the Claro telecom operator, including selling SIM cards, accessories, and other products and services added to the company’s portfolio. Activities may also extend to services offered by other telecom operators, subject to authorization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospecting and activating local partners (one per city); * Training and capacity building of partners to execute services; * Selling SIM cards, accessories, and other authorized products; * External operations, including frequent visits to various locations (fieldwork); * Monitoring and supporting partners to ensure service quality. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress or completed is preferred); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Dynamic, proactive profile with leadership and partner training capabilities; * Willingness to travel frequently; * Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle); * Valid driver’s license. **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) – Full-time **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary: R$ 2\.198,00 * Performance-based bonuses * Meal allowance * Travel allowance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours
