Key Responsibilities: * Manage strategic accounts within the Distribution and Wholesale channels, developing customized business plans focused on increasing sales, profitability, and product mix; * Lead commercial negotiations with distributors and wholesalers, including promotional inserts, additional display points, price lists, commercial policies, and promotional activities; * Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring alignment among inventory levels, turnover, and point-of-sale execution; * Evaluate and recommend adjustments to mark-up, pricing, and commercial terms, aligned with company strategies and channel-specific characteristics; * Monitor compliance with contracts, commercial agreements, and negotiated funding with distributors and wholesalers; * Conduct periodic visits to distributors, wholesalers, and key points of sale (PDVs), guiding proper implementation of product mix and commercial strategies; * Plan and optimize visit routes, costs, and travel, considering regional coverage; * Prepare and present analytical performance reports, commercial KPIs, and growth opportunities to coordination and management; * Serve as a technical and strategic reference for the Distribution and Wholesale channels. 2512210202551931931
