We are looking for an **E\-commerce Coordinator** to lead digital channel operations, ensuring online sales performance, optimal customer experience, and sustainable business growth. This professional will be responsible for managing e\-commerce platforms and marketplaces, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, and supporting data-driven strategic decisions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead e\-commerce operations, ensuring efficient execution of commercial strategies and sustainable revenue growth across digital channels and marketplaces. * Plan and implement promotional campaigns, commercial initiatives, and pricing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (sales, conversion rate, average order value, margin, etc.), proposing continuous improvements. * Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, consumer behavior insights, and industry trends. * Manage, develop, and monitor team performance, ensuring alignment with goals and action plans. * Track commercial and financial results, ensuring achievement of established targets. * Develop and monitor monthly commercial planning, including target setting, portfolio allocation, and performance tracking. * Analyze inventory turnover and product performance, proposing actions to optimize sales and reduce stockouts or overstock. * Collaborate closely with senior management in analyzing results and defining strategies to improve performance. * Ensure efficient execution of processes and continuous improvement of digital operations. **Requirements:** * Experience in e\-commerce and people management * Completed undergraduate degree in Digital Marketing or related fields (postgraduate degree in E\-commerce: Planning and Management is desirable) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of Power BI for data and metrics analysis * Experience managing campaigns and analyzing results * Proficiency in pricing strategies and product mix management * Hands-on experience with e\-commerce platforms and marketplaces * Preferred: Logistics sector experience * Desired: Leadership and people management courses **Desired Profile:** * Professional with systemic and strategic vision, results orientation, and strong analytical capability. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and interpersonal relationship aptitude. * Proactive, organized individual with solid planning and control capabilities. * Ability to anticipate scenarios, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. * Leadership mindset, with ability to manage and develop teams. * Agility, problem-solving capability, and continuous improvement orientation. **Working Hours:** 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM — Monday to Thursday; 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM — Friday **Work Location:** Avenida Ápio Cardoso, Cincão, 105, Contagem \- MG We seek **committed, organized, and proactive** professionals who pay attention to detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. **Join Maxi Ferramentas and grow with us!** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
