Focus on results and continuous improvement **Job Description:** We are looking for a professional with **practical experience in digital sales and marketplaces**, possessing an analytical mindset and a results-driven approach, to directly support commercial operations and contribute to the strategic development of the area. This position requires **autonomy, organization, and execution capability**, with direct involvement in sales routines, customer service, and performance indicator monitoring. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct proactive prospecting and develop commercial opportunities * Lead negotiations and close sales through digital channels * Provide customer service via WhatsApp and marketplace platforms * Manage orders, deadlines, and sales status * Perform active post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Monitor and address complaints on platforms such as Shopee and Mercado Livre * Update and maintain commercial performance spreadsheets and metrics * Collaborate with logistics to track deliveries and resolve incidents * Propose continuous improvements to commercial and operational processes * Support sales performance analysis and growth opportunity identification **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields * Prior experience in online sales or digital customer service * Experience with marketplace operations (order management, customer service, and sales tracking) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets * Familiarity with ERP systems and digital tools **Preferred Qualifications (strongly considered):** * Direct experience with Shopee and Mercado Livre * Hands-on experience managing marketplace advertisements and performance * Basic understanding of commercial metrics (conversion rate, average order value, customer service SLA) * Experience in structured e-commerce environments **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Execution-oriented and results-driven * Operational organization and discipline * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Analytical ability to solve problems * Effective time and priority management **We Offer:** * Meal Allowance; * Fuel Allowance; * Group Life Insurance; * Health and Wellness Program \- Total Pass; * Telemedicine and Nutritionist Services \- Conexa; * Psychological Support Program for Employees \- PAE; * Dental Plan after confirmation.
