Job Summary: A professional to conduct onboarding, monitor customer journeys, maintain customer relationships, organize training sessions and logistics, and support gamified operations. Support gamified training operations and ensure smooth communication CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY * Conduct customer onboarding. * Monitor the entire training program journey (in-person and digital). * Maintain customer relationships during project execution. * Participate in alignment and progress meetings. * Organize training schedules. * Plan and coordinate team travel logistics (air and ground transportation). * Record and update information in the internal system (CRM). * Support gamified training operations. * Ensure smooth communication between customers and the internal team. REQUIREMENTS * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience in customer service and process organization. * Experience working remotely. * Availability for occasional travel. * Proficiency with Google tools (Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with internal systems or CRM. * Knowledge of AI tools is considered a plus.
