Position: Billing Clerk (24-hour Operations, 4x1 Shift Schedule) Location: Santos/SP Working Hours: Shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) on a 4x1 schedule (4 working days followed by 1 day off) Employment Type: On-site Job Mission Ensure accurate, timely, and deadline-compliant execution of the billing process, guaranteeing correct issuance of sales invoices and fulfillment of the company’s fiscal and operational obligations. Key Responsibilities \- Issuance of Sales Invoices for Goods \- Issuance of Delivery Invoices for Warehousing \- Symbolic Return from Warehousing \- Truck loading scheduling with terminals \- Ensuring adherence to billing deadlines; \- Addressing billing inconsistencies and resolving discrepancies; \- Maintaining contact with customers; Requirements \- Completed high school education (college degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred); \- Prior experience in billing and sales invoice issuance; \- Basic knowledge of tax legislation; \- SAP-based invoice issuance experience preferred. \- Availability to work rotating shifts (including night shifts) and on a 4x1 schedule.
