Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, system configuration, platform support, schedule monitoring, and performance indicator development, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service for internal and external clients and platform support. 2. Monitoring of schedules and development of performance indicators. 3. Close client relationship and pursuit of customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to requests from internal and external customers; * Perform system configuration as requested; * Create tasks (issues) for improvements, developments, and bug fixes with direct management support; * Support customers in using the platform for data extraction and analysis, clarifying any questions; * Assist Key Account Managers in validating customer measurements; * Monitor customer service schedules—including installation, maintenance, and uninstallation—to ensure service effectiveness; * Develop and monitor performance indicators requested by the customer; * Ensure customer satisfaction and foster customer loyalty; * Accompany the direct manager during client visits to build close relationships, understand client needs, and meet their expectations; * Request, analyze, and monitor registration of third-party suppliers and technical service providers; * Monitor implementation schedules with the client after approval by the Key Accounts Coordinator. * Perform other duties related to this position. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Residence in Canaã dos Carajás; * Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Resilience in handling customer demands; * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility; * Experience in the mining sector is a plus.
