Provide operational support for the execution of promotional campaigns and virtual storefronts. Track orders, including status, payment, and delivery, interfacing with logistics, customer service (SAC), and stores. Organize data and update sales, order, and inventory reports. Support the analyst in monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and shopping cart abandonment. Previous experience as an E\-commerce Analyst, Online Sales Assistant, E\-commerce Coordinator, or E\-commerce Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
