If you focus on customer satisfaction and possess the ability to transform quotations into long-lasting partnerships, this is the place for you! ### **Job Mission** To serve as the central point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring excellence in customer service, agility in preparing commercial proposals, and strategic support to sales executives to maximize organizational results. ### **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Customer Service and Experience** * Provide multichannel service (Phone, E\-mail, and WhatsApp) to address inquiries and record requests. * Conduct comprehensive follow\-up on all requests, ensuring customers are informed from initiation through completion of the process. **2\. Commercial Activities and Proposals** * Prepare freight quotations and customized commercial proposals in accordance with internal policies. * Manage and update current pricing tables, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. **3\. Strategic Support** * Assist sales executives and representatives with reports, KPIs, and scheduling/visit organization. * Register and maintain customer data in the CRM/ERP system. **4\. Operational Interface and After\-Sales** * Monitor operational status (pickups/deliveries) and proactively inform customers of any unexpected issues. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and identify opportunities for improvement or additional sales (upsell). ### **Requirements and Competencies** * **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing courtesy and clarity. * **Organization:** Ability to manage multiple tasks and meticulous attention to detail in contracts and proposals. * **Technology:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ease of use with commercial systems/e\-mail. * **Profile:** Agility in problem resolution and resilience when working under pressure. * **Preferred Qualification:** Prior knowledge of logistics operations or cargo transportation.
