If you want to leave your mark on one of the most significant B2B retail revolutions in Brazil, this is where you belong. **Mission** ---------- Provide agile and organized support to the Key Account team by resolving day-to-day operational requests, enabling the sales team to focus on selling and delivering the best possible customer experience. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Generate price quotations as requested by the sales team * Create and track internal support tickets with relevant departments * Monitor and resolve customer incidents: invoices, logistics, weight discrepancies, and delivery issues * Serve as the operational point of contact between customers and back-office departments * Ensure no support ticket goes unanswered or untracked **Essential Requirements** ------------------------- * Completed high school education * Prior experience in commercial routines, sales support, or customer service * Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems * Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) * Excellent written communication—you’ll communicate extensively via text-based conversations * Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for team-based work * Exceptional organizational skills—you’ll manage multiple simultaneous tasks **Salary and Benefits** ------------------------ Salary: R$ 2.000,00 Employment Type: CLT Praso Flex — Choose how to use your benefits!
