Mastery of the Wizard by Pearson brand, services, and methodology **SALES CONSULTANT** **Position Objective** Deliver excellent customer service with a commercial purpose (enrollment closure), from lead prospecting through post-sales. **Position Responsibilities** Conduct lead prospecting to build and enrich your personal work database. To this end, you will be responsible for executing prospecting actions in the field (in-person outreach—near schools, at partner companies or institutions, at events, etc.), via telephone, and through digital channels such as social media and WhatsApp (messaging application). Deliver commercially oriented customer service, following the 5-step sales process, with an enrollment focus, across various channels: on the street, at schools, at prospects’ homes or workplaces, and at partner companies or institutions. Deliver customer service that provides a positive and memorable experience for prospects. In-depth knowledge of the brand, its history, and its market positioning. Mastery of the services offered by Wizard by Pearson and their appropriate targeting (audience). Mastery of the Wizard by Pearson methodology and its entire learning ecosystem. Mastery of the school’s physical space and infrastructure. Stay updated on courses offered by the Corporate University and ensure completion—minimum requirement—of the Wizard by Pearson Sales Consultant training path. Negotiate course and service pricing and payment methods, always adhering to the franchise’s established principles.
