




Job Summary: The professional will provide service to faculty and students, infrastructure support, scheduling, organization, and assistance in academic environments. Key Highlights: 1. Support for events and equipment operations **About the position**: **Work Unit:** FMABC University Center (Santo André) **Benefits:** Hazardous work allowance + Transportation Allowance (VT) + Meal Allowance (VA) + Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Life Insurance + Private Pension Plan **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; occasional Saturdays (4 hours). **Employment Type:** CLT – Fixed-term contract of 180 days (may be extended for an additional 180 days) **Responsibilities:** * Provide service to faculty and students, supporting infrastructure-related requests for academic spaces; * Schedule academic, extracurricular, and internal activities (meetings, trainings, interviews, etc.); * Restock classroom supplies (pens, erasers, microphones) and cups at water fountains; * Guide students on rules, procedures, and facility access; * Maintain order in hallways during class hours; * Assist students with physical disabilities; * Identify irregularities and report them to the Academic Secretariat; * Open and close academic rooms and spaces (campus and Postgraduate facilities, where applicable); * Operate projection, audio, and air-conditioning equipment; * Report equipment failures to the IT team; * Conduct security rounds after operational hours; * Power down equipment and inspect lighting and furniture; * Submit maintenance requests via GLPI system, when necessary; * Manage lost-and-found items with proper documentation; * Screen and respond to institutional emails; * Support events and competitions organized by the Rector’s Office **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational ability and attention to detail * Proactive approach to service delivery and issue resolution * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to understand and appropriately direct student requests * Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills If interested, please apply for this position or send your resume to our email. **Email: selecao@fmabc.br** Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,000.00 – R$2,200.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Screening Question(s): * Do you have experience as a student inspector? * Do you have experience supporting electronic equipment maintenance (e.g., projectors, computers, power outlets, etc.)?
