Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration equipment, ensuring excellent service delivery and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for managing service requests and technical reports. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO:** * Is focused and proactive; * Is willing to handle diverse demands; * Identifies problems and proposes solutions; * Enjoys working in a team; * Ensures excellent and high-quality service. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Installing split hi-wall, floor-ceiling, ACJ, and K7 equipment; * Conducting equipment start-up; * Connecting electrical and hydraulic components of customer equipment; * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled; * Assessing required conditions (time, equipment, parts, labor, resources, and control methods) for on-site installations and repairs; * Maintaining and caring for work tools, and reporting signs of wear or need for replacement; * Generating and storing daily/periodic reports on services performed; * Monitoring third-party service activities. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Technical/Mechanical training in refrigeration; * Knowledge of technology to manage service requests via the OpusCare system; * Availability to stay accommodated in cities within the region due to planned demand or possible longer-distance travel, as scheduled with the immediate supervisor. * Valid driver's license and driving experience. **BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH OPUS:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 300.00; * Food Voucher: BRL 450.00 (upon union registration); * Transportation Allowance: BRL 200.00; * Co-payment Health Plan; * Birth Kit; * Life Insurance.
