Description

Job Summary: The Material Verifier is responsible for sorting, verifying, storing, and organizing products to ensure quality and timely dispatch, as well as maintaining address records in the system. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for material verification and organization 2. Maintenance of physical addresses and system addresses 3. Assistance in logistical and operational processes **Responsibilities and duties of the Material Verifier:** * Sort and open incoming shipments by description and reference, * Transfer materials from receiving area to storage * Sort products and shipments in the verification and dispatch area * Replace products at physical locations and maintain physical address records in the system * Verify products in receiving, inventory, and dispatch areas * Analyze and handle non-conforming products * Occasionally assist in cable-cutting processes * Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers when certified * Organize and maintain department cleanliness * Verify invoices, prepare outgoing documentation, and sort batches by region or pickup order * Perform 100% quality control verification on all items' components. * Check labels and confirm correct storage or delivery addresses; operate material handling and control equipment, scales, microcomputers, and terminals safely and efficiently. * Understand occupational hazards applicable to assigned tasks * Assemble kit groupings, execute assembly, verify assembly, and identify and dispatch transfer orders. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in this role is mandatory **Working hours:** 1:00 PM to 10:48 PM – Monday to Friday **Benefits:** Full company-paid medical assistance (Unimed insurance), dental assistance, on-site lunch and dinner, meal allowance (BRL 217 per month), transportation allowance, life insurance, Gympass, Sesc partnership, and profit-sharing program (PLR).
