Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing costs, preparing budgets, monitoring vessel movements, managing supplier contracts, and optimizing the Terminal's operational performance. Therefore, we seek individuals who: * Embody our values; * Pursue innovation and continuous improvement; * Enjoy engaging in diverse projects; * Believe in teamwork; **\#ALLABOARD** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure cost management activities at the Terminal; * Prepare the Operational Budget; * Monitor all vessel movements operated by the Terminal and propose improvements aimed at maximizing operational margins and the Terminal’s results; * Prepare weekly materials for Performance Meetings; * Manage supplier contracts; * Performance and process facilitator: Monitor achievement of targets defined for the coordination team, developing action plans with supervision support when necessary, based on performance results obtained during activity execution; * Contribute to the continuous improvement process within assigned responsibilities; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of financial mathematics; * Familiarity with the PDCA methodology; * Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; * Knowledge of Power BI; **Additional Information** At Log\-In, we are driven by people — disruptive, engaged, and passionate individuals committed to delivering the country’s best integrated logistics solutions.
