Administrative opportunity to work as an Accounts Payable Assistant in our Treasury department.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Receive invoices from various hospital departments;
* Contact suppliers regarding accounts, payments, and bank deposits;
* Record taxes on received invoices;
* Record service invoices;
* Prepare payment schedules and forward them to Treasury;
* Verify authenticity of received electronic invoices;
* Import invoices into the MV system for monthly supplier closing;
* Allocate utility bills;
* Support management teams with information on payments and various documents;
* Compile payment records for various departments upon request;
* Support various departments submitting invoices;
* Monitor Brazilian Tax Legislation and stay updated on taxes and levies;
* Control and send invoices and documents to the Asset Management department;
* Release withholding tax spreadsheets to Accounting and issue payment guides;
* Conduct research and prepare spreadsheets for payments made using SUS contractualization funds and others;
* Perform bank reconciliations with journal entries and document accounting;
* Perform bank reconciliation with journal entries and forward results to Accounting;
* Conduct monthly closing including invoice import and verification;
* Resolve queries from all departments by contacting and assisting suppliers;
**Requirements:**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet;
* Experience in the healthcare sector and/or administrative roles is a plus;
* Completed high school education;
* Flexible working hours.
