Job Summary: The professional will configure, operate, and maintain CNC laser cutting machines, interpret technical drawings, and ensure production quality for metal sheets. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and dimensional metrology #### **Responsibilities** * Configure and operate CNC laser cutting machines, including selection of appropriate cutting parameters, gases, and lenses. * Read and interpret technical drawings, material specifications, and production orders. * Load and unload metal sheets onto cutting tables, ensuring correct positioning and operational safety. * Monitor the cutting process, identifying and correcting quality defects or deviations during production. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines, such as cleaning lenses and nozzles, and checking fluid levels. * Conduct dimensional measurements of cut parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments. * Complete production records, non-conformance reports, and follow workplace safety procedures. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 6 months) operating CNC laser cutting machines. * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings, including symbols and tolerances. * Familiarity with CNC machine programming and control software (e.g., BySoft, Lantek, CypCut). * Proficiency in using dimensional measurement instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and goniometers. * Basic knowledge of metallic materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum) and their laser cutting properties. * Certification or technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields. * Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required by production demand. #### **Skills** * CNC Laser Operation * Technical Drawing Reading * Dimensional Metrology * CNC Programming (G\-Code) * Metal Cutting * Preventive Maintenance * Quality Control * CAD/CAM Software (basic) * Workplace Safety ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Manufacturing \- Headquarters
