Responsibility for the company's import processes; direct contact with suppliers; packing instruction; document verification; selection and coordination of optimal logistics; shipping instructions; maintain process control to meet deadline and cost targets; follow-up and updating of internal company tracking systems. **Requirements:** Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook): Basic level, but candidate must have practical familiarity with these tools – advanced Excel proficiency required. ERP system knowledge. Language: Intermediate English for verbal communication; advanced English for written communication. Additional courses and specializations: Experience with ANVISA and INMETRO certifications for toys is a plus. Additional notes: Candidates from any import sector are welcome. Experience importing children's products is an advantage. Knowledge of international trade, with minimum 3 years of experience.
