Lobo Consultoria provides specialized services in corporate and strategic consulting. With an experienced team, it aims to help companies achieve their goals efficiently. **Responsibilities:** Manage the production, sales, and distribution operations of açaí-derived products. Plan, organize, and supervise operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Lead, develop, and monitor team performance. Control resources (materials, personnel, and operational) to reduce costs and increase productivity. Strategically contribute to commercial and operational planning. Propose continuous process improvements and better utilization of the team. Ensure achievement of targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Monitor performance indicators (production, sales, losses, etc.) and implement corrective actions. Previous experience as an Operations Coordinator, Production Manager, Operations Supervisor, or Logistics Manager may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
