Our philosophy is to offer customers the best products in the market while ensuring agility in both sales and delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: * Analyze and map logistics processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Perform maintenance and technical support for the WMS (Warehouse Management System). * Gather requirements from business areas and develop solutions aligned with objectives. * Conduct system configuration, testing, and validation for WMS and other logistics systems. * Create technical and functional documentation for processes and systems. * Provide training and technical support to end users. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related fields. * Experience providing system support. * Knowledge of \*system integration\* methods (EDI, APIs). * Knowledge of \*agile methodologies\*. \-Preferred\- Prior experience working with WMS. **Additional Information** At FRIOPEÇAS, we believe the company’s success is directly linked to the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
