Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist deployment technicians with basic and daily tasks as directed; * Assist in installing and assembling infrastructure for optical cable laying and routing; * Support technicians in technical assistance and help customers resolve issues, aiming to meet their needs with courtesy and promptness; * Assist in diagnosing potential connectivity issues, checking fiber signal, and performing speed and bandwidth tests; * Always strive to fulfill work schedules, especially during emergency maintenance of infrastructure and fiber networks, as scheduled. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of measurement equipment, optical splicing, optical cable laying, optical fiber, fusion, installation and maintenance of optical splice closures, and router configuration; * Availability to perform on-call duties; **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
