Support for administrative, financial, and commercial routines We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our tractor dealership, providing support for administrative, financial, and commercial operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and high-quality service to customers and partners. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general administrative tasks (filing, document organization, and calendar management); * Assist with billing processes, issuance of invoices, and order tracking; * Support basic financial control (recording expenses, accounts payable and receivable); * Serve customers in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp, providing information and directing requests; * Support the sales and after-sales teams; * Update customer, supplier, and product records in the system; * Prepare simple reports and control spreadsheets; * Assist with inventory and vehicle/implement documentation as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities; * Ability to work effectively in a team and interact confidently with the public. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in dealerships, agricultural machinery retailers, or the automotive sector; **We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary; * Collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for professional growth.
