Conducting training sessions and resolving technical issues **As a support and implementation analyst, your responsibilities will include:** Providing on-site support at the client's headquarters for payroll system implementation, training, and technical assistance. Providing technical system and/or business rule consulting. Configuring and parameterizing the software according to the specific requirements of each public agency, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Conducting in-person and remote training sessions for system users, enabling them to properly use available features and proposing process improvements. Providing technical support—clarifying doubts and resolving issues—both on-site and remotely. Documenting relevant information about support activities to contribute to continuous service improvement. **Minimum Requirements to Participate in the Selection Process:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources—currently enrolled or completed.
