Join us and **prosper** together! #vemsersms #shapingthefuture #turningmetalsgreen **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform job-related activities in strict compliance with all company-established safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department; * Support manufacturing activities; * Clean components; * Clean, prepare, and set up machines for production processes; * Inspect and control components during production; * Conduct non-destructive testing during production; * Use instruments, tools, and equipment: tape measure, compass, caliper, screwdriver, combination wrenches, hacksaw, overhead crane; * Operate overhead cranes/portable gantry cranes, plate shears, and forklifts at the factory; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace (5S); * Perform loading and unloading of components, materials, and waste; * Perform automated welding on various components using SUBMERGED ARC and OPEN ARC processes; * Operate remote-controlled overhead cranes to position components in the welding area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect from You for This Position:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in SUBMERGED ARC and OPEN ARC welding; * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; * Availability to work rotating weekly shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts) or fixed shifts. **What Would Be an Advantage:** * Completion of vocational training courses (SENAI) and/or technical degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering; * Experience in MIG/MAG and/or TIG welding processes; **Additional Information** We are looking for people who want to grow and innovate with us.
