Together, we lead the way toward making mining and construction more sustainable. **Location**: Vespasiano, Minas Gerais **Your Mission:** Visit customers in the T&A (Tools and Attachments) business area to evaluate the current performance of drilling tools used across various surface or underground equipment, and propose corrective actions to increase productivity and reduce costs. Interested? **Join our team!** **We Offer:** Superflex Meal Voucher; Medical & Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Totalpass; Private Pension; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; Commuting Allowance; and more! **Responsibilities:** * Audit the fleet of equipment in operation; * Conduct operational capability assessments of equipment and personnel according to plan; * Perform performance studies and gather information on competitor products used by visited customers; * Conduct product testing; * Administer T&A (Tools and Attachments) training; * Perform T&A warranty analyses; * Liaise with factory technicians involved; * Provide technical support and training to distributors; * Propose operational and product changes to improve performance and reduce costs; * Propose adjustments to equipment settings to improve performance; * Conduct technical visits to customers across all market segments; * Identify customer production data—rock blasting planning, rock characteristics, drilling methods and parameters; * Execute the area’s strategic annual plan; * Pursue identified sales opportunities at customer sites; * Create, update, and maintain reports with information collected during customer visits; * Perform other related duties. **Responsibilities Regarding Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Management Systems:** * Comply with the Integrated Management System and Quality Policy and related documents; * Be familiar with and respect aspect, impact, hazard, and risk assessment sheets; * Stay updated on procedures and instructions applicable to your daily routine. **Knowledge & Experience:** * Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Mining and/or Mining Engineering; * Technical English; * Proficiency in Excel; * Solid knowledge of rock drilling products; * Prior experience in mining—preferably as an Applications Technician; * Experience—or current involvement—in underground mining operations (mine operations, control, etc.) and knowledge of mining (development, production, mine infrastructure, etc.); * Knowledge of underground and surface mining methods; * Report writing skills, strong written communication, and proficiency in Office suite analytics. **Your Profile:** * Strong interpersonal skills (courteous and good listener); * Willingness to accept challenges and goals; * Skilled negotiator, articulate and persuasive; * Effective time management and appropriate resource allocation; * Helpful and collaborative team member; * Disciplined and organized, capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously; * Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and persistent; * Ability to handle emergency situations and make timely decisions; * Proactive problem solver with analytical approach; * Careful in handling materials, tools, and equipment; * Prioritizes personal and third-party safety. **Everything starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals to enable the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must develop to serve a growing population.
