This professional works analytically, identifying opportunities to improve inventory processes. To perform these duties, knowledge of inventory management systems and data analysis skills are required. * Conduct periodic physical counts of products in stock, comparing results with system records. * Identify and correct discrepancies between physical inventory and system-recorded inventory. * Analyze inventory data to identify patterns and optimization opportunities. * Prepare reports summarizing counting and analytical results. * Propose improvements to inventory control processes to reduce losses and increase efficiency. * Participate in physical inventories and internal and external audits. * Maintain organized inventory and ensure accurate product identification. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory data integrity. * Monitor product lifecycle to identify replenishment and disposal needs. * Participate in training and capacity-building activities related to inventory and stock management.
