We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute masonry work, foundations, cladding, and finishing for civil construction projects, following project plans and specifications. * Ensure correct and safe execution of tasks, safeguarding finishing quality and deadline compliance; * Prepare and execute concrete foundations according to structural design; * Assemble formwork and structures for concrete pouring in columns, beams, slabs, and other elements; * Erect walls and masonry structures using ceramic blocks, bricks, or other materials per project specifications; * Apply plaster and other wall finishes (interior and exterior); * Install ceramic tiles, wall and floor coverings, and other finishing materials; * Perform edge and detail finishing, ensuring surface alignment and perfect finish; * Measure and mark areas designated for construction or renovation using tools such as tape measures and levels; * Monitor and adjust measurements during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications; * Conduct repairs on completed structures, correcting defects in masonry, flooring, or other structural components; * Identify defects and propose appropriate solutions for structural damage repair; * Ensure a safe working environment, preventing accidents and promoting occupational health. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Incomplete Elementary School; * **Mandatory:** Proven experience in the role. **Additional Information** **All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone.
