Knowledge of logistics KPIs and continuous improvement. **Opportunity for the Caxias region** **Logistics Operations Supervisor** **Schedule:** Flexible working hours **Benefits:** **Meal allowance or food voucher:** **On-site company cafeteria meal – R$ 23.55 per meal** **(20% employee contribution: R$ 4.71 per meal)** **Transportation voucher:** **Employee contribution of 6% of base salary or the transportation voucher value (whichever is lower), per Law No. 7.418/85** **Attendance Card:** **No absences or tardiness: receives a monthly food/meal voucher worth R$ 300.00** **(20% employee contribution: R$ 30.00\)** **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields). * Prior experience in Last Mile operations, transportation, or logistics. * Experience managing operational teams. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and continuous improvement. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel required). * Availability to work rotating shifts and in operational environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily Last Mile operations (receiving, route planning, dispatch, and delivery). * Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual targets (OTD, DNR, LOST, productivity, cost). * Lead and develop the operational team (team leaders, checkers, drivers, assistants, and third-party personnel). * Monitor shift schedules, working hours, absenteeism, turnover, and staffing needs. * Analyze and resolve operational deviations and on-route incidents.
