Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and curious Human Resources Intern to learn hands-on about data- and people-driven HR, contributing through analysis and strategic support. More than supporting routine tasks, this role offers the opportunity to contribute through analysis, organization of strategic information, and support for departmental decision-making. **Business Unit: Cometa Assessoria** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Designing and updating management dashboards and reports (Excel and Power BI); * Supporting the organization of training programs and development initiatives; * Participating in internal communication and organizational climate initiatives; * Supporting recruitment and selection processes; * Assisting in managing and improving internal HR tools. Here, you will gain exposure to metrics, processes, and strategies that directly impact company growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and interest in learning strategic people management.
